This hotel has mainly become a contractor and industry travelers place to rest. Rooms are ok and service is great but Food delivery is very limited due to location.

If your flight is canceled or you need to be at the airport early, this is a great place to stay! It's approximately 15 minutes from Queretaro airport. Our flight was canceled out of QRO Airport. So, we booked a room here. The room was very clean and had enough room for our 6 large suitcases. Yes, six because we had been in Mexico for over a year. Although we stayed close to the highway, we heard very little noise. The hotel is in an industrial park and has a restaurant next door. If you're looking for shops, etc. you need to take an Uber. It also offers several workstations with areas for computers/laptops. They served a great breakfast that included fruits, toast, yogurt, eggs, and chilaquiles! Breakfast was included at no extra charge. Fresh coffee and water was always available. The staff was very friendly. In fact, Ms. Viridiana Hernandez was very helpful in finding one vehicle to transport us and our 6 large suitcases to the airport. This was a huge help as we had to coordinate 2 vehicles to transport us to the hotel. All in all, we had a very positive experience and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel looks like it is brand new. Very clean and not too far from the airport. Got in very late and the check-in was great. The breakfast is included, which makes the price a good price for the area. Transportation to and from the hotel is not the easiest unless you already have a car or booked a taxi early. It still makes it a great hotel.

The hotel is far from the center of the city and traveling there can become difficult due to traffic. On the upside the hotel does offer an adequite sized room with a lowrate, for a person on a business type trip. You have the option of taking the continental breakfast offered at the hotel that is included in your stay. The service is good and the people there do offer to assist you in what you need.

Boy, based on the reviews it looks like One Queretaro Aeropuerto draws some tough customers. Like others, my main reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the airport, where I had scheduled an early flight the next day. The property is more or less in the middle of nowhere, but everything you need for a one night stay is on site: An adequate restaurant next door, snacks, a quiet room, despite fairly heavy traffic in the lobby. Overall, I thought it was a solid choice. The room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, everything worked, I had no problems with any members of the staff, including the front desk who got me in quickly. No complaints.

Ample parking lot. Nice clean rooms. Amicable staff. Be prepared to hear some noise from the highway and bring some foam earplugs to rest properly. Breakfast included.

It's a new, clean, secure, simple and affordable hotel to stay at. About 15 minute taxi ride to the airport and the front desk will setup the pickup for you. Location is not that desirable - next to highway and in an industrial park. Front desk person was nice, helpful and spoke English. Had an issue with AC unit in room and maintenance person was up to fix it in 5 minutes.
